3. What memory of them made me smile or feel grateful this week?
4. How am I taking care of myself right now? What do I need more of?

There is no correct way to grieve a pet. There is no timeline you should be following. If your grief feels too heavy to carry alone, a grief counselor can help — and many specialize in pet loss. Our resources page lists several free support lines.
